Macintosh BBS setups running FirstClass BBS and “BBS IN A BOX” will find setup very easy.
Simply mount the CD-ROM with the external volume command in the FirstClass installer. Mounting the "AMUG CD:Files" will give your BBS's users access to 90% of the files on the disk. Or you can add the "AMUG CD:AMUG Info" if you have an Apple software distribution agreement as do registered Apple User Groups, or registered on-line services. In this folder you will find Apple Lic. software, AppleLink notices and AMUG Info. First Class version 2.0 supports reading the BBS in a BOX file descriptions and a new version supports the PICT preview so that your users can view previews of all Art, Fonts and QuickTime movies before downloading them. Your users will love it!
